Manufactured locally in Randers

Today, our seven highly skilled production employees take pride in fulfilling even your most challenging wishes. Your battery pack will be manufactured at our certified, state-of-the-art production facilities at ACTEC’s headquarters in Randers. This is the location of our ESD area, covering 250 m², with anti-static flooring and production equipment, which enables us to take on even the most demanding production tasks. Our Danish production department has the capacity to produce more than 8,000 battery packs per week. If you need batches bigger than this, we can deliver battery packs produced by one of our business partners in Asia, such as Panasonic in Wuxi. This gives you access to an enormous production capacity which is capable of handling even highly sophisticated battery packs that are certifiable pursuant to relevant authorisations as required.

Production with the environment in mind

At ACTEC, we do our best to protect the planet. This applies to every aspect of the battery’s service life, from production to ultimate disposal. One of the ways we do this is by designing and producing high-quality, long-lasting batteries to minimise battery replacement, which in turn minimises the wasting of resources. At the same time, we are a member of EL-Retur, the non-profit organisation which maximises the recycling or reusing of products and components before they are ultimately disposed of correctly.
