Quality, product liability and warranty

It is crucial to us that you, our customer, have a good experience of our products and services. Accordingly, we have taken pains to hand-pick the best products.

In our view, the battery is the core of the product, and by inserting a quality battery into your product, you give it the best conditions for ideal operation. In other words, a poor battery can undermine how you experience a product. At the same time, we seek to minimise the number of complaints, and, on the rare occasion when we receive a complaint, it is important to us to ensure prompt, professional processing of the complaint.

Product liability

All our suppliers are major, responsible companies. Accordingly, all our suppliers have product liability insurance. In addition, ACTEC has taken out product liability insurance for DKK 40 million. This means that personal injury or damage to equipment caused by our products is covered by our product liability insurance and our suppliers’ product liability insurance.

Warranty

We take all warranty-related enquiries seriously, and we endeavour to ensure prompt, professional processing of the matter.
