Consulting
If you want us to develop a battery pack from scratch, we start with a workshop. This is where we learn about the details of your specific project and analyse your needs and requirements. Based on this, our experienced specialists talk you through the various options, proposed solutions and technologies.

Design
The design phase involves the physical design and technical construction. During this phase, we make sure that the battery conforms to the overall device design and meets requirements such as heat emission and service life under extreme conditions.
We incorporate and manage statutory certifications and special approvals, e.g. if the battery needs to be used in medical devices.

TestCenter
Batteries usually perform a critical function. In some cases they can be absolutely vital. That is why we never compromise on quality, and we continuously perform comprehensive, professional testing and quality control at our own testing centre.

Production
The batteries are manufactured in our advanced, in-house production department in Randers. Here, each week, we produce roughly 8,000 battery packs. If you need a sizeable batch of battery packs, we draw on our business partners who include Panasonic in Wuxi, China.

Warehouse
We make sure products and components are stored safely and securely at all times. We have a storage facility near our production hall in Randers for particularly dangerous goods, where we store our most powerful batteries. The storage facility is safeguarded with automatic fire-proof doors and other security measures for maximum peace of mind.

Logistics
Do you need to send your batteries to destinations around the world? We manage the logistics and take care of obtaining the statutory certifications and approvals. This enables your consignments to cross national borders smoothly and arrive safely and quickly.
