One of Scandinavia’s cleverest battery brains passes a milestone

Product manager and co-owner of ACTEC A/S, Morten Nyborg, turns 50.

Family man, owner-manager, enthusiast, specialist and gadget nerd are just some of the keywords to describe the man Morten Nyborg. He was born in Holstebro on 15 March 1973, son of ACTEC founders Hanne and Kurt Nyborg. 

After graduating from upper secondary business school, Morten began his traineeship at the family business ACTEC A/S in 1993, which included being stationed abroad at the headquarters of Panasonic Europe in Hamburg, and a one-year stint with the Royal Danish Life Guards.

Morten has been decisive for ACTEC A/S’s growth adventure over the past many years.

As one of Scandinavia’s most highly skilled experts in the field of modern battery technology, Morten has been responsible for an abundance of battery solutions provided to companies in both Denmark and abroad.

In his spare time, Morten loves spending time with his family – Susanne, his children and grandchildren – not to mention his passion for battery-powered gadgets such as IOT devices and drones.

Later this year, Morten will celebrate his 30th work anniversary at ACTEC A/S.
